This Fusion facilitated discussion will be on how to generate sales in a tough economic climate. One aspect of this is Customer relationship management (CRM), finding, logging, following up, tracking potential customers and existing clients. Ben Stege from Cumulus IT will be on hand for the discussion which we expect will include: the need for, and benefits of, a CRM system for managing relationships and improving sales, efficiency and customer service.
This event is based around discussing issues in an open environment; learning and supporting each other such that you can take away ideas and actions relevant to your business. We encourage broadening the discussion to cover all areas of generating sales as the evening progresses over dinner.
